Director: Employee Relations and Wellness
North-West University, Mafikeng Campus seeks an experienced Director: Employee Relations and Wellness to provide strategic leadership and governance for Employee Relations and Employee Wellness across the institution. This senior management role is responsible for developing and implementing effective labour relations, collective bargaining and wellness strategies that support organisational performance, employee wellbeing and positive workplace relations.
