Director: Remuneration and HR Administration
North-West University, Potchefstroom Campus seeks an experienced Director to provide strategic leadership and governance for Remuneration and HR Administration across the institution. This senior management role involves developing and implementing integrated reward and HR administration strategies that support organisational performance, compliance, operational efficiency, and employee value proposition. As the University’s principal advisor on remuneration and HR administration matters, you will shape and execute strategic initiatives that align with institutional objectives while ensuring governance excellence and service delivery.
